The headlines I read over coffee sounded like we had been invaded and conquered by a hostile power. Well, I wonder about the Obama Administration. Are they creating a new form of government in America? Look what they’re doing to our money system: Our banks aren’t in the private sector anymore? What socialist country is this? Another headline: Two of the Big Three automakers had been nationalized and forced into bankruptcy – and labor unions got a big piece of what’s left, ahead of secured lenders – who had first call on it under the law. A “White House Task Force on the Auto Industry” was ruling Chrysler and General Motors. Automakers aren’t in the private sector anymore? What socialist country is this? ABC World News reported President Barack Obama is taking "an aggressive stance to put his personal stamp on the sweeping legislation. He will demand an optional government-run health plan." Demand? Who does he think he is? Health care isn’t in the private sector anymore? What socialist country is this? Another headline: The Environmental Protection Agency will regulate carbon dioxide with costly devices to stop global warming. Experts said cars and factories would likely be the first targets, then costs would hit a million or more buildings, including hospitals, schools, restaurants, churches, farms, and apartments - or almost anything that emits carbon dioxide. One study by a big think tank said the rules would cost about 800,000 jobs a year for several years. During the worst recession since the Great Depression? To control the weather? Friends, this is not my America. I doubt that it’s yours anymore, either. We have been invaded and conquered by a hostile power: the administration of President Barack Obama. His officers – unelected appointees confirmed by a one-party Senate - are more intrusive, socialistic, and dictatorial than anything America has ever experienced. Worse, they’re smarter. Obama’s bureaucrats know better than any previous administration’s how to use government to achieve their goals. Most of Barack Obama’s officials were also Bill Clinton’s officials, or came from high posts in government or business. Obama also has a vast network of George Soros-type non-profit funders able to mobilize activists on any issue at a moment’s notice. They’re quite capable of creating an iron-fisted Socialist America. We can’t let that happen. Free enterprise is being destroyed. Our way of life is being destroyed. We must Take Back America. How? First, expose the danger. Tell as many people as we can reach. The place to start is the media – the part of the media where we can have real influence: talk radio.
